You know those music sequences in films where somebody starts tapping a spoon against a glass.. Then somebody for some reason starts whistling, then someone else starts rhythmically grating cheese and before you know it everybody’s playing, I dunno, Bohemian Rhapsody using nothing but clogs, aforementioned cheese grater and sheer determination? I can sense these types of scenes coming from a mile away. Whilst watching a movie, I’ll suddenly feel compelled to leave the cinema, living room, wherever and never return.. Then someone on screen will start tapping their foot in time with the frogs croaking outside and I do what any other sane person would do. Get the hell out of there.
